WoW Classic: PTR for Burning Crusade until further offline
Actually, the WOW developers wanted to leave the public test server for Wow Burning Crusade Classic until Monday, December 20, 2021. But now there is a change in plan: The PTR is already clearly offline with immediate effect as planned.
Are server problems responsible for early shutdown?
First, the Classic team had explained in an official Blue Post that the RAID tests in the Black Temple and for the Battle of Mount Heal should be available all weekend until Monday at 21:00 German Time on the test server. The developers also emphasized in the same Blue Post that there have been significant changes to backend systems, which affect how to exchange data between the client and the server in this week-like PTR build. Problems, so Blizzard, could vary in a variety of way — and that’s exactly what happens.
For as the editorial staff reported by TOWHEAD, there seems to actually have various problems with server stability. Many players complain about server crashes and disconnections. That’s exactly what the reason for this is that the developers have already switched off the RAID tests for the Black Temple and the Mount Heal.
The test server for Wow Burning Crusade Classic is again offline again. How long the work will take to fix the stability issues is currently still unclear. From the Classic team at Blizzard, it just means: We will let you know if we have set an exact time frame for further tests in the coming week.
After all, we know: The PTR returns to the coming week and probably before Christmas. As soon as we have more details about the test starts, we will inform you promptly.
